Class of 2025 Senior Portrait Info

Update:

For those who have NOT had their picture taken yet:

 

  • ​​BPI will be at CHS for a final time on October 24th. Anyone who misses the final make-up day will need to schedule a session at BPI's studio or they will not have their picture in the yearbook. 

    • The address to the studio: 416 Dahlonega St., Cumming, GA

    • BPI’s phone # to schedule an appointment: 866-363-6936

For those who HAVE taken their formal picture:

 

  • BPI will send a link to the email that was provided on picture day. It typically takes 2-3 weeks after picture day for them to email it. 

    • If you paid the $25 sitting fee, you will see multiple poses. Please click the heart in the corner to indicate which picture you would like to have in the yearbook. 

    • You may also place an order for any of their packages utilizing the link. 

 

  • If you did not pay the sitting fee, you may still do so by contacting BPI at 866-363-6936. The fee will be $28 at this point and will give you the option of choosing your yearbook photo. 

 

  • If you do not plan on paying the sitting fee, your picture will still be in the yearbook, but you will NOT have a choice in which one will be placed. BPI will send us the one that they feel is the best photo.

Update:

BPI will be at CHS on September 4, 2024 for make up's. Senior portraits will be taken 12:30-3:30 in the gym. You should have received your specific appointment via an email from Dr. Claiborne. If you did not receive one, please stop by room D201 or email melissa.claiborne@carrolltoncityschools.net for your appointment time.

Classical Photography Customers:

We have an agreement with Classical Photography so you may choose to have your formal picture taken by them. If you choose to do that, please make sure you schedule your appointment no later than October 15th to ensure we can get it in the yearbook. In addition, please email melissa.claiborne@carrolltoncityschools.net to let us know that you will be taking your photo with Classical.

Please note: Classical Photography and BPI portraits are the only ones that can be used for your formal yearbook picture. We cannot accept photos from any other studio. For more information about Classical, please click here. â€‹â€‹

BPI will be at CHS July 17th & 18th to take Senior portraits. You will receive your specific appointment time in the mail some time over the summer. If you do not receive it by July 10th or if you need to reschedule, please call BPI at 1-866-363-6936. Please use the QR code to update your contact information (if necessary) to help ensure that your appointment card does not get lost in the mail.
